Mr.
Louis F. Robinson, III emphasizes in malpractice and personal injury
litigation.
As an AV Rated malpractice lawyer in Florida,
Mr. Robinson has represented over 300 professionals, lawyers, physicians,
accountants, bankers, architects, engineers, insurance agents, realtors,
surveyors, public officiels and corporate directors and officers
have sought Mr. Robinson's advice over the past twenty years.
Within the health care area, Mr. Robinson
has represented health care providers in both state and federal
court and before Florida's administrative boards. He has counseled
health maintenance organizations, nursing homes, nurses and physicians.
Mr. Robinson also has broad experience in
commercial litigation matters including construction, toxic tort,
and products liability cases of catastrophic nature. Mr. Robinson
has also tried difficult coverage questions and "bad faith"
cases.
Mr. Robinson is familiar with a variety of
issues involving tax, auditing, finance and real estate, we well
as all types of building, road and plant construction.
Mr. Robinson serveson the Fifteenth Judicial
Circuit Grievance Committee. He is past Vice Chairman of the Accounting-Legal
Committee and sits on the Judicial Relations, Court Advisory, and
Medical Legal Committees. He is a member of the American Bar Association
Standing Committee for Legal Malpractice, the Professional Liability
Underwriting Society, the National Republican Congressional Committee
Business Advisory Council, the Defense Research Institute, the Palm
Beach County Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial
Lawyers of America.
